ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: What was most interesting to you about this character?
DAVID JONSSON:I love anything that feels human in ways that are naughty and a bit complex.
I thought he was such a wonderful character on the page.
That was such a joy to get into.
Did you look at Ian Holm’s and Michael Fassbenders versions for inspiration?
Its such a fine detail that were really kind of leaning into.
Were definitely trying to make it our own.
Theres something different in Andy.
What was it like the first time you saw the Xenomorph on set?
It was like watching the film but in real life.
Everything was built to an insane level of detail.
So seeing the Xenomorphs, theres very little acting requiredthis is actually scary, this is terrifying.
I think thats going to communicate really amazingly on screen.
