Angie Harmonis suing Instacart and the worker who she claims shot and killed her dog while delivering groceries.

She is seeking more than $25,000 in damages, with the exact amount to be determined at trial.

Oliver was rushed to a veterinary hospital where he later died.

Representatives for Harmon did not immediately respond toEntertainment Weeklys request for comment.

“You don’t ever forget that sound.”

and I was like, ‘What?’

And she just started screaming," she said.
