One of her best pieces of advice: Always go commando.
Unfortunately for Plaza, sitting down wasn’t quite as comfortable as expected.
“I’m on fire,” she says.

“Why is this happening?
I honestly don’t know if I’m having an allergic reaction or something, to this chair.
Is it just me?
I don’t know.”
The discomfort seems real, until she drops a reference to her new movie.
“Maybe I should’ve worn underwear, but I never do.
And then I get f—ed.”
Although she second-guesses this advice when the topic of underwear reemerges later in the conversation.
“Never have to pee when you’re doing a scene.
Just get whatever fluids out.
Be like an empty vessel….
If you don’t wear underwear, it can come out faster.
So don’t ever wear underwear in life.”
Since everything Plaza says sounds completely serious, it’s tough to definitively ascertain her genuine position on underwear.

Elsewhere in the video, Plaza discusses finding chemistry with on-screen costars.
“You kinda can feel when someone’s just open,” she says.
However, Plaza also notes that chemistry isn’t always immediately clear on set.
