Pappas was arrested in February after her ex Stephen Stagliano accused her of domestic violence.
She alleged that he later grabbed and “forcefully shoved” her.
Pappas further claimed that Stagliano alleged that she was the aggressor.

Pappas was arrested but released that same day on bond.
“In fact, the officer that arrested me exhibited no concern that I was at all intoxicated.”
Attorneys for Pappas and Stagliano didn’t immediately respond to EW’s request for comment Tuesday.

Pappas and Stagliano split in January 2023, after 11 years of marriage.
