Baylee Littrell wowed the judges with his original song, before joining his dad for a brief duet.
But even before 22-year-old Baylee even opened his mouth to begin his audition, judgeCarrie Underwoodclocked the family resemblance.
“Theres something about you that looks familiar,” the country singer said.

In a separate interview, his father echoed that sentiment.
The track, “Waiting on Myself to Die,” immediately won the judges over.

Like, yourereallygood, Underwood said afterwards.
“I think you could go very, very far in this competition.”
Underwood then praised the young musician for holding his own during the brief duet with his dad.

But it didn’t," she said. "
You were right there with him.
JudgeLionel Richietold the duo, “Im very happy for you and very proud of your son.
Hes got his own lane and I think you might go a long way.
Very happy for you.”
