Adding, “We changed the provisioners after that, definitely.”
Hours into dinner service and the complete list of provisions still had not arrived.
“It’s pretty shocking when you think about it,” she says.
“Typically that doesn’t happen.
They’re really good in the yachting industry.
Provisioners are really on it.
Maybe they had a really busy season.
I don’t know.
But you know what I love?
We managed, right?
So we were given lemons and Aesha made wine.”

Scott may have kept a calm exterior, but she reveals that she broke down off camera.
I had spent days and days and days combing over all of my lists and my orders and everything.
“And yeah, the provision company just, I guess lost a sheet or messed up an order.
And they don’t show it.
I was just so stressed.
How do you start a charter when they don’t even have everything?”
Despite appearing to be a little steamed on the show, the guests were gracious about the mixup.
“It was unfair to them, who were paying so much money,” Scott says.
