A CVS employee then signed a citizen’s arrest form for the theft.

This is not Malin’s first brush with legal trouble.

In 2019, he was found guilty of felony stalking hisBig Brothercostar Will Kirby.

He was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay Kirby $44,000,according to PEOPLE.

Malin first gained recognition onBig Brotherseason 2 by becoming the first houseguest to win a Head of Household competition.

He returned to the show in 2006 for its seventh season, where he won.

Malin returned to the show yet again in 2012 as a coach but was eliminated early in the season.

FellowBig Brotheralums expressed their concern for Malin on social media after news of his arrest broke earlier this week.

“Upon entering, the first thing I encountered was blacked-out Mike Boogie hitting on my mom.

It was very surreal.

Hope he is able to get the help he clearly needs.”
