Reflecting on seven decades of marriage, Bartlett Daniels said, “You never stop learning.
You never stop being surprised.
Where did that come from?'
Or, he the same with me.
We never stop being surprised by what somebody does.”
So whats the secret to their long-lasting marriage?
Daniels joked that it is “important” that his wife is “very easy to live with.
He added, “She is a very competent woman.
She’s smart, and I leave a lot of things up to her.”
