Laughing, O’Hara asked aloud, “Why am I admitting this?”
They later costarred onSCTV, which aired from 1976 to 1979, and in the 1990 holiday classicHome Alone.
Candy’s wedding took place in 1979, when he married Rosemary Margaret Hobor.
She was with him until hedied in March 1994after suffering a heart attack at 43.
But she was well aware that he was taken.
“I wouldn’t claim he was interested in me that way,” O’Hara said.
“But he was always really lovely to me in Second City Theater.”

She added that she never shies away from telling others about her experiences with him.
