Deidrick’s partner claimed that he accused her of recording him after a verbal altercation that morning.

Representatives for Deidrick didn’t immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.
Deidrick gave police a slightly different account of the incident, according to the affidavit.
Police said they could not produce any evidence to corroborate that claim.

Deidrick has a hearing scheduled for Feb. 24. at a Davidson County court.
