“It doesn’t need to be morbid or down,” Sweetin said.

It doesn’t have to be sappy with the violins and crying," Barber agreed.

You could just have a casual mention in these later seasons.”
Barber also suggested that they could have at least had more pictures of Pam around the Tanner household.

But alas, Barber said, the character “was kind of erased by season 4.”
“By season 4?
By episode 4!”
“They were like, just wipe her name off.
Ultimately, Sweetin said she agreed with the fans' take on the character (or lack thereof).
Said Sweetin, “I definitely agree with this one that you should have talked about Pam more.
