He allegedly refused to take a breathalyzer test three times and told police that he had only one martini.
Timberlake was held overnight for an arraignment, where he pleaded not guilty.
His next court date is July 26.
His attorney, Ed Burke Jr., said he looked forward to “vigorously defending” him.
His next stop is Chicago’s United Center, scheduled for June 21 and 22.
