The degree is not the only issue for the HBCU.
Combspublicly apologizedfor his actions two days after the hotel surveillance video was released.
“I was f–ed up.
I mean, I hit rock bottom.
But I make no excuses.
My behavior on that video is inexcusable.
I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.
I was disgusted then when I did it.
I’m disgusted now.
I went and I sought professional help.
After going to therapy and going to rehab, I had to ask God for his mercy and grace.
I’m so sorry.
But I’m committed to being a better man each and every day.
I’m not asking for forgiveness.
I’m truly sorry.”
Combs continues to face multiple lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct and other offenses, many of which he has denied.
According toCNN, he faces several other serious allegations.
He’s also being investigated by federal authorities.
