He goes, ‘Do you have any weed?’

and I was like, ‘Yeah, I have a little.’
He goes, ‘Can you go down to room 237 and give Seth Rogen some weed?'"

His character was a rival of McBride’s former pro baseball player-turned-high school gym teacher Kenny Powers.
Do you know anyone with weed?’
And he’s like, ‘Yeah, I’m gonna send Ike over to your room.’
Still, Barinholtz’s hopes were dashed.
“I’d been wanting to meet him for years,” he said of Rogen.
“I was really excited.”
Rogen was even more confused about Barinholtz’s identity later.
“A bunch of the crew members were wearing that t-shirt one night.”

Rogen thought, “This guy’s a popular assistant!'”
It was eventually sorted out.
The two later worked together when Barinholtz was cast in the 2018 movieBlockers, which Rogen produced.
