Garrett represents the “noob” ofA Minecraft Movie, the “newbie” member of the group.
He’s the opposite of Garrett.

“But they might be pals, he’d definitely…be a little suspect, but Garrettissuspect.”
“No one will give me a shot at it,” he says.
Then producer Cale Boyter, who worked with Momoa onDune, brought upA Minecraft Movie, directed by Hess.
“I’ll take a pay cut for Jack Black.
Bring me the Black!
And, sure enough, he said yes.”
Black returns the compliment.
“I’ve been checking out Jason’s super sauce onAquamanand onFast & Furious.
“I felt simpatico.
I can feel this being a powerful combo.
He shot me back likeinstant, like, ‘F— yeah it’s happening.
This is going down, b—-.'”
