Only Biel didn’t use one.
She just pretended to.
“So I did that in the audition without a basketball.
Like, who encouraged me to do that?”
She said, “I kinda still feel embarrassed about that, but, I don’t know.
Maybe it was effective.”
I was like ‘Oh, I connect to this.'"
However, Biel departed halfway through, returning for several guest appearances.
“you might only do so much with a particular character specifically on a show like that.

“I had to apologize to everybody, which is sort of the theme of my experience on7th Heaven.
I was always apologizing.”
The show was also unhappy about aracy magazine spreadshe did once she turned 18.
