“Well, sh*t…this sucks,” the comedian wrote on social media.
Kathy Griffinand Randy Bick are going their separate ways.
The comedian filed for divorce from the marketing executive on Thursday,according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Griffin’s filing also says the two signed a prenup that dictates how their assets should be divided.
The split comes just days before what would have been their fourth wedding anniversary.
“My husband is a champ,” she said.
“He’s been great,” Griffin continued.
“I realized I’ve asked a lot of him and he’s stood by me.
But I feel like that’s a big one in relationships.
For better or worse.
That s— really happens.
Sometimes it really does get worse.”
Though Griffin did admit there was some normal marital strife.
“We fight sometimes,” she said, “and it is hard being together a lot.”
