The “Kill Bill” star was taken into custody on Aug. 17 following an alleged domestic disturbance.
He was transported and booked at Malibu/Lost Hill Sheriffs Station,“the statement continued.
“The investigation is ongoing and will be forwarded to the Van Nuys Superior Court House for filing.”

Madsen’s bail has since been posted.
“Michael is at home,” reps for Madsen confirmed to EW.
The Chicago-born actor is best known for the films he’s made withQuentin Tarantino.
He appeared again as the assassin Budd, who assails Uma Thurman’s The Bride inKill Bill: Vol.
1and meets his downfall at her hands inVol.
