Delaney’s partner James Morgan has been booked on a charge of misdemeanor domestic violence.

NYPD BlueactressKim Delaneyhas been taken into custody for suspected felony assault, following an alleged domestic dispute.
Records also show that Delaney’s partner, James Morgan, was arrested an hour prior.

Morgan has been released on bond, while Delaney remains in custody at the time of reporting.
The actress' court date has been set for Tuesday, April 1.
Representatives for Delaney did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.

The actress previously faced trouble with the law after years spent battling an alcohol addiction.
Delaney ultimately pleaded no contest and was sentenced to two years probation.
The following year, she checked into a rehab center.
In 2005, Delaney lost custody of her teenage son for driving while intoxicated.
Most recently, Delaney wassued for an alleged hit-and-runthat took place in November 2022.
