Clayton County Jail didn’t immediately respond to EW’s request for comment on Monday.

and Tiny, a member of R&B girl group Xscape, denied the allegations against them.
“This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years.
For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations,” they said in a statement.
The rapper previously announced the release of his 12th and final studio album,Kill the King.
