Waring had a history of substance abuse issues.
In 2022, hewas arrestedfor one felony and multiple misdemeanor drug charges, and laterpleaded guilty.
In 2016, he went to prison for attempted murder, andwas released after four years.
Waring is survived by his daughter, Kennady.
