Rosario DawsonandHayden Christensenhave a long history together, both in and out of theStar Warsgalaxy.
Speaking to EWsDagobah Dispatchpodcast, Dawson opened up about reuniting and crossing lightsabers with her old friend on screen.
“We just had so much fun,” Dawson told EW.

“I tell you theentirecrew made an excuse to be on set those days.
It just brought tears to all of our eyes.
He’s such a wonderful man.

“Sith Anakin, we never got to see that,” she said.
“We only got to see him become Darth [Vader].
So it was nice to see him be in the Clone Wars clothing, all of that stuff.”
Instead of resurrecting Anakin as yet another Force ghost, they wanted to try something different.
“We ended up tweaking that and playing with it a little bit,” Dawson added.
So we transformed that.”
It also makes that moment in the World Between Worlds more ephemeral, like,What was that?
Is she just dreaming?
Is she really talking to herself?It’s nice to keep that as a question mark."
As for whether we’ve seen the last of Anakin and Ahsoka?
Lucasfilm has yet to officially announce plans for a second season, and Dawson herself is remaining tight-lipped.
“I hope we get to,” she said.
So I’m looking forward to seeing everyone."
