“I went off on the people who didn’t vote for me.
No one could have predicted the end ofHouse of Villainsseason 2 … not even the winner.
After the finale ended in another tie vote (just like season 1!)

So Wes did it … and then Jessie voted for Safaree to win.
“That’s the last thing I would’ve expected to happen,” Safaree tellsEntertainment Weekly.
“I still can’t believe it, honestly.

It was just the way everything happened, the way it ended, it was just very unexpected.”
“I went off on the people who didn’t vote for me.
I was like, ‘F— you, f— you, f— you.
Don’t tell me congratulations after this s—, either.
I don’t want to have nothing to do with none of y’all.’
I was so mad at New York.
I just erupted after that.”
ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Who shocked you the most with their final vote?
SAFAREE:The most shocking vote was New York.
I was so mad, oh my goodness.
Did she warn you at all before she voted for Wes to win?
She was a villain.
She lied to my face.
She was like, “Safaree, I got your back.”
That’s what made it even worse.
Oh my God, I can’t believe her.
I feel like she did that so it could just be more villainous.
So you had no idea she had a secret alliance with Wes the entire season?
I had no idea.
I saw her at the premiere, but she was like, “Trust me Safaree.
You got to trust me.”
I was like, “No, I don’t.”
What’s your relationship with her like now?
We’re good now.
I hit her up here and there and just say, “Hey, how you doing?
Hope all is well.”
Just extending the olive branches.
Did anyone else’s vote surprise you?
I knew Rich was going to vote for him.
And then they cut straight to it.
If it had been anyone other than Jessie breaking the tie, do you think Wes could have won?
I didn’t even think about that.
Of course, it could have definitely went a whole ‘nother way.
I really thought Jessie was going to maybe give it to him.
I did not think he was going to do that.
So I don’t know.
That was a way to end the whole supervillain thing because I believed him.
I thought he was really going to do it.
But then Jessie voted for you anyways.
What were you thinking when you saw it?
I would love to know.
I want to know what other people think who weren’t there.
I was shouting at my screen to Wes, “Don’t get on your knees and beg!
There’s no way Jessie’s going to vote for you to win.”
That’s what I’m saying!
And I’m like, “Y’all dumb.”
I ain’t going on my knees for nobody except God.
That was just a crazy moment.
And it’s there forever.
What went through your mind immediately after Jessie voted for you to win?
I couldn’t believe it.
That is probably going down as my most memorable moment in television history.
You’re like, “There’s no way this is really happening.
This has to be produced.”
And this all just naturally happened, even with Jessie and Wes falling out the way they did.
We’ve got to give a shot to figure something out.”
And then we ended up in the end.
That worked out better for you than it did for them.
Yeah, man, I’ll take it.
I still can’t believe it.
I just wanted to make an amazing television show.
Am I going to get your vote?"
That’s not even in my personality.
No, I couldn’t do that.
I just was being myself.
I just was being myself and I’m just a social person.
So I could see how he saw it like that.
What did you think about that?
I ain’t going to lie, I don’t know.
He’s saying that’s part of the game, but that’s a dirty part of the game.
It could be deemed as cheating or it could be deemed as being just a downright dirty ass player.
But it definitely got him through the whole game.
It’s wild that people on a show calledHouse of Villainsthought he wastoovillainous.
It did feel like cheating though.
At the same time, people should have still took the chance.
I got put up for banishment.
I was getting put on the Hit List multiple times.
They were trying to get me out the house so many times.
And I would say I was the least of the threats in the house.
And I feel like being a good person paid off at the end.
You say that you weren’t the biggest threat in the house, but you won the whole thing!
So technically you were the biggest threat in the house.
I like to be low key stealth.
