“And I’m like, Yeah, I don’t think a lisp is right.
It just feels a little cheesy.
“Dad, Mongoose got in the trap again.”

The film stars Barrymore as Lucy, an art teacher who has short-term memory loss from an accident.
He recalled having to put on some weight for the role after he already shed some pounds.
“That’s a line from the show.
I didn’t like that line, but that was a line from the show.
I lost like 30 pounds and was skinny and having so much fun.
And then Adam said, We’d love you to do this.
Can you put on 30 pounds?
I was like, ‘Oh my God, of course.’
They paid for a trainer and we were in the gym and lifting weights.”
“I was working on this series,” he said.
I was like, I’m tired.
I don’t wanna.
I read the script.
It’s a great script, but I don’t know what I’m doing in it.'
And she goes Do the audition.”
