But every season, that dream turns into a nightmare for the first person voted out.

The lack of screen time!

It is a crushing blow for whoever suffers that terrible fate.

In the meantime, see what everyone is up against should they be the first torch to fall.

Star Toomey

I’m team 420.

If I am the first person out, I will no longer smoke weed for at least two years.

Mitch Guerra on ‘Survivor 48’

That’s serious, for real.

But I’m not trying to be the first person out.

I don’t want to be Francesca two times two.

Bianca Roses on ‘Survivor 48’

I feel like that’s a big discipline for me because I’m 420 stoner life!

Honestly, if that happens, my friends and coworkers would never let me hear the end of it.

So let’s just pray that isn’t the case.

You are the first person I’m even acknowledging that this is possible to.

Even with my family, we haven’t spoken about it.

I would say my punishment is I cannot have my mom’s chicken cutlets for a year.

Eva Erickson on ‘Survivor 48’

That would be torture.

They’re so good, and she fries them perfectly not too much, not too little.

They’re unlike any other chicken cutlet youll ever have, I promise you.

Joe Hunter on ‘Survivor 48’

It’s all I want when I first get home.

I’ve already thought about it a thousand times.

So I dont know if that would be good for everyone else.

I’m a big fan of I shows on Netflix.

So the punishment for me will be to stay off Netflix for 30 days.

I hate wearing pants.

Justin Pioppi on ‘Survivor 48’

I wear shorts year-round, even in the winter in Minnesota.

That would be a huge punishment to me.

I will say I love the USC Trojans.

Stephanie Berger on ‘Survivor 48’

Those people just showed up to the beach and they’re like, Someone tell us what to do.

I don’t know why I’m here.

Oh, you’ll tell us what to do?

David Kinne on ‘Survivor 48’

Okay, I’ll listen to you.

Put any modernSurvivorplayer on that season and they would’ve won.

Justin Pioppi

I gave up alcohol before I came out here.

Mary Zheng on ‘Survivor 48’

I gave up pizza.

To be honest with you, I’ll sneak a slice here or two with my uncle on Sundays.

But other than that, I really haven’t had much pizza.

Kyle Fraser on ‘Survivor 48’

I gave up iced coffee, which to me is like my pride and joy.

So I think the last thing would be chocolate.

I have a little bit of a sweet tooth.

Charity Nelms on ‘Survivor 48’

We make really good homemade cannolis that are chocolate dipped.

So maybe I’ll lay off those for a while.

I could do a month, but I feel like that’s not enough time.

Thomas Krottinger on ‘Survivor 48’

We’ll do 39 days as an homage to the originalSurvivor.

We’ll leave theAustralian Outbackout and say 39 days.

You got my word on that.

Chrissy Sarnowsky on ‘Survivor 48’

I was going to quit smoking, and I was also going to start exercising.

So something to the spirit of that is really speaking to me.

David Kinne

My favorite thing in the world is chocolate milk.

Kevin Leung on ‘Survivor 48’

I’m not even exaggerating.

you could ask any of my friends.

It’s my lifeblood where I get all my muscles from.

Sai Hughley on ‘Survivor 48’

So when I get home, no chocolate milk for a week.

And actually, water challenges was one of the reasons why I applied for the show.

So I love the water.

Shauhin Davari on ‘Survivor 48’

Shauhin Davari on ‘Survivor 48’.Robert Voets/CBS

I want those challenges where somebody has to dive down deep, retrieve rings, unlock a box.

My fiancee has given me this leeway, and my expectation is to bring home the gold onSurvivor.

That’s my punishment.

I know that’s really lame and corny, but I’m going to go make the big bucks.

I’m going to go grind it out at a law firm and try and make the big bucks.

That’s my punishment.

Any lawyer knows that that’s a pretty difficult thing to do.

Charity Nelms

I wouldn’t punish myself.

I would crawl into bed in deep depression and probably drink a couple bottles of wine.

So not quite a punishment, but more of a coping mechanism.

That would be devastating.

I would think that everybody’s biggest fear out here is to be voted off first.

So something to think about.

So, I’m gay, and my life force is cold brew.

It brings me so much joy, and I gave up caffeine to get ready for this.

That would be torture.

Literally, I’ll cry.

Chrissy Sarnowsky

That is literally my biggest fear, being the first person voted out.

I don’t dream, and Iiterally I would have dreams of being the first person voted.

I’m like, The hell kind of dream was that?

If I’m the first person voted out, I can’t show up to work ever again.

So that is a huge, huge thing for me.

Kevin Leung

My punishment if I get voted out first is I will do something so crazy.

Oh my God, why would I do that?

Shauhin Davari

I’ll not watchSurvivoragain.

That’d be the biggest punishment.

I run aSurvivorfantasy league.

It’s also the thing that brought my family together.

I went out first.

That’s my punishment that would be torture.
