A new day dawns, and Kelsey meets Joey at the dock for their date.
My hairs all crazy, says Kelsey, as the wind starts deconstructing her loose braid.
I like it when its crazy, Joey replies.
I think its one of your best qualities, how crazy your hair is.
I think you dont need to tame the mane.
He is an absolute prince.
And he does seem truly smitten with Kelsey.
Their boat anchors in a cove teeming with sea life, including stingrays and turtles.
Im not guaranteed this, Kelsey reminds herself.
Im trying my best to be hopeful.
