There’s really not a ton to say about what happened aside from I did not have it.

I went up against somebody who was completely dialed [in], so Kyland got a clean victory.
There’s no taking anything away from it.
So it was as much of a blowout as it looked in the episode?
What was it like for you competing in that elimination?
Did you hear everyone on the sidelines yelling at you to go faster?
Of course you could hear people, and there’s a fair amount of people rooting against me.
And I can’t explain it, I just didn’t have it.
I was unable to pivot in that moment to something that was working better.
And also, my elimination record is outstanding.
I am one of the few Challengers with a winning elimination record that still does the show.
You said there were a lot of people rooting against you.
Do you remember hearing anyone specifically?
Jenny didn’t want to see me come back.
Cory is happy to see me go.
I’m going to embrace it.

What is your opinion of him now, especially since you’ve now seen the footage?

What you don’t see is the reason that this all started.

Week four comes around, Johnny’s still there.
He’s running every morning on the treadmill.
He knows I didn’t forget that he was supposed to bow out gracefully, right?
Of course, that was never his plan.
I wouldn’t even care.

How do you both feel about Johnny now?
I thought we were past it.

I’m kind of indifferent on it.
I don’t know how she’s feeling about it while we watch all this stuff unfold.
We’ve obviously talked a little bit about it, but our lives are pretty good.

And from a strategic gaslighting perspective, probably don’t do it on camera.
After everything that happened this season, do you still consider yourself part of the Vacation Alliance?

I think that Josh is playing a phenomenal solo game.

And that’s a hard pill to swallow, because I genuinely consider Josh a good friend.
He’s playing a really bad alliance game.
When you’re one of the four pillars of trust, you kind of got to stand strong there.
A table with three legs isn’t a table at all.
So we really did need to know, but we didn’t.
I wish Josh a victory in this game.
I think Josh played a little scared.
Does this mean you’re going to be wary about trusting Josh moving forward?
Personally, I think everybody is going to be wary to trust Josh fully moving forward.
