Khalifa was quick to address the arrest the following day on social media.
“Last nights show was amazing, he wrote onXSunday afternoon local time.
I didnt mean any disrespect to the country of Romania by lighting up on stage.
They were very respectful and let me go.
Ill be back soon.

AFP reports that the rapper was charged with illegal drug possession, but was later released from custody.
Representatives for Khalifa did not immediately respond toEntertainment Weeklys request for comment.
Khalifa has long established recreational drug use aspart of his brand.
“Hell yeah I’m pulling up stoned.
They expect it,” Khalifa told host Alex Cooper.
“They know what’s up.
He quipped, I’m pretty sure my son smells like weed.
